I ran two review and planning events for this sub regional infrastructure partnership. At the first one we reviewed achievements so far and examined what factors had made this possible. We mapped out the connections between each other and all the stakeholders in the project, then made commitments about what we wanted to start doing more of and less of in the future.
In the follow up session we undertook some future environmental scanning, reviewed performance targets and made some facilitated decisions about future funding allocation.
