This piece of work was carried out in partnership with Stella Smith. We undertook a review of the systems, structures and processes of the grant making trust to ensure that they are compatible with, and fit for purpose with the way that the business of the trust is carried out nowadays.
One to one interviews and focus group were used to collect information about people's jobs, roles and views about of effectiveness. Suggestions for new systems and processes or for change were mapped against the external demands that are being made on the organisations and a series of 'change' options were developed for further discussion and agreement.
