Homestart

This was a newly merged team with some issues to work out about how they would work together in the future. We spent some time in the morning looking at what worked really well in the organisation and creating images of how the organisation (and the community) would look if the vision was achieved.

In the afternoon there were some frank exchanges about the merger and how new team members related to each other. This led to a facilitated discussion about the things people valued about each other and the qualities and values they wanted to grow in the new team.
