I facilitated (with Kelly Drake) an awayday session for the outgoing regional government office staff with the new incoming capacity builders regional officers. We ran an Appreciative Inquiry into the best moments of the ChangeUp programme and the success stories. This was followed by the opening up of Pandora's Box to see what was still hiding in the shadows.
Small regional groups then worked together to draw out the learning in their region and pass it on, recommendations for the future programme were developed and useful information about local contacts was passed on.
